Rice for 6 servings (UNCLE BEN'S®) Soy sauce 10 soup spoons oil 3 lg. onions, chopped 1 garlic clove, chopped 2 fresh chicken fillets, cut in sm. pieces Slightly less than 1/2 lb. fresh scampi (shrimp), cut in sm. pieces 1 beef bouillon 1/2 soup spoon chili powder Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper Pinch of muscat Bunch of chives, chopped During the day, boil rice according to package directions making sure that rice is not soggy or sticky. Place rice in the refrigerator. When ready to prepare recipe, mix the rice with soy sauce and set aside. |
