BUNUELOS | |
6 c. sifted flour 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. cinnamon 2 c. oil Prepare 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cinnamon and mix together. Save to sprinkle over the Bunuelos. Mix flour and add gradually 1 1/2 to 2 cups water and knead dough. Form dough in 2" balls and roll out. Fry in hot Crisco oil until fluffy and golden crisp. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture on both sides. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. |
