HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. unsweetened chocolate (2 squares)
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. light cream
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan. Add unsweetened chocolate. Heat slowly. Stir until smooth. Add all other ingredients. Stir together. Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly. Makes 1 1/2 cups of hot fudge. Reheat over hot water.
