BUT I HAVE SOCCER STEW 
2 1/2 lbs. cubed chuck
6 carrots, halved
4 lg. potatoes, quartered
6 tbsp. soy sauce, sprinkled evenly over potatoes
4 tbsp. minute tapioca, sprinkled over potatoes
1 lg. can tomatoes, partially mashed
3 hours before game
3 onions, quartered
6 celery stalks, quartered

Layer ingredients in a large roasting pan. Do not stir. Cover, cook in oven at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Do not remove lid until ready to serve. Excellent frozen and reheated during the game.
