EASY CHICKEN AND RICE DISH 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. rice (uncooked)
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1/2's)
1 pkg. dry onion soup
2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter in 13x9 inch dish. Add rice. Top with chicken. Add onion soup mix and chicken broth. Cover with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
