ANYTIME HOT BREAD | |
1 loaf french or Italian bread Fresh garlic, mashed to taste butter Grey Poupon mustard Sliced Old English cheese 1 or 2 lg. onions Slice bread thin but not through bottom crust. Spread mashed garlic and butter, mixed together, on one side of each slice of bread. Spread mustard on other side of each slice. Inert one slice onion and one slice of cheese between bread slices. Fill loaf. Wrap in heavy foil and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Can also be done on grill over charcoal. If using at "Happy Hour" and loaf is too wide, slice loaf lengthwise through bottom crust just before placing in foil. |
