HOT BREAD MIX FROM CRISCO 
6 c. sifted enriched flour
3 tbsp. double acting baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. Crisco

Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl or on a large square of waxed or wrapping paper. Cut Crisco until mixture looks like coarse meal. Store mix in a covered container such as an empty 3 lb. Crisco can. No refrigeration needed. For a richer mix use 1 1/2 cups of Crisco.
