EGG CAKES 
These are similar to crepes and are great for breakfast. Their thickness depends on the size of your pan and the amount of batter you use.

4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups milk

Mix all ingredients together well. Heat a frying pan on medium heat with 1 teaspoon of butter or some oil.

Pour in 1 cup of mix and place a lid on the pan. Fry until puffy and browned then flip and repeat.

Serve with your favorite syrup, fruit or whipped cream or even some cinnamon sugar.
