5 FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. rum
1 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. coconut
1 tsp. butter flavoring

Cream together butter and shortening. Then add sugar. Beat with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time.

In a separate bowl have the flour, add baking powder. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk to egg mixture. Then add remaining ingredients. Beat well, pour into greased and floured angel food pan or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Add strawberries, etc. when cool.
