BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
1 c. rice
2/3 c. milk
1 env. dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 fryer, cut up

Place rice in greased baking dish. Mix soups with milk and pour over rice. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top, cover and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 hours. May use pork chops.
