CHEESY CHICKEN 
2 1/2-3 lb. fryer, cut up or chicken breasts or 1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic
Lime slices to garnish

Melt butter with garlic in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Dip chicken in butter then in coating mixture. Place in baking dish (skin side up for pieces). Bake about 40 minutes for pieces, about 25 minutes for cutlets at 425 degrees. Baste as needed. Do not turn, garnish.
