SPICED CHICKEN 'N HONEY 
1/4 c. polyunsaturated butter
1/2 c. clear honey
4 tbsp. dark mustard
Salt
1 tsp. mild curry powder
3 lbs. chicken, skinned, cut to serving pieces

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter in roasting broiler pan. Stir in the honey, mustard, salt and curry powder. Remove from the heat. Arrange the chicken pieces in the pan, turning to coat them in the honey mixture. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the honey mixture, in the pan. Bake until the chicken is tender. Serves 4.
