2 to 2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer in pieces
Melted butter
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 tbsp. honey

Brush chicken with butter, place skin side down on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated oven to 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine 57 sauce and honey mixture. Bake chicken 15-20 minutes. Brush again with honey mixture. Makes 4-5 servings.
