3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
6 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
6 tbsp. vinegar
6 tsp. mustard
3/4 c. salad dressing

Combine all ingredients except salad dressing and mustard. Cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, add salad dressing and mustard. Chill then pour over sliced or cubed potatoes.
