FAMILY TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Kellogg's 40% Bran Flakes cereal
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded American cheese
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) chunk light tuna in water, well drained & flaked
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
2 c egg noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 c. cooked peas
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Toss 1 cup of the bran flakes with melted butter. Set aside for topping. Set aside 1/2 cup of the cheese. Stir together remaining bran flakes, cheese, tuna, soup and milk. Stir in noodles, peas, celery and pimento. Put in 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish. Sprinkle with cereal topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts. 6 servings. (260 calories, 2.4 grams fiber.)
