BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 hen or parts
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 cans tomatoes
1 bottle ketchup
2 cans creamed yellow corn
1 lg. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Tabasco if desired

Cook hen and save stock. Put uncooked meat and onion and one cup chicken stock in enough water to cover, cook one hour. Add ketchup and tomatoes and cook 1 hour. Add corn and chicken (boned & cut up), meat, salt, pepper and cook all day uncovered, very slow on low. Serves 12 to 15 people.
