HUEVOS RANCHEROS 
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. cumin
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. salsa, either make your self or use good quality prepared

Cook the sauce to blend the flavor and let sit for a while, 15 minutes.

When you are ready and your sauce is simmering add up to a dozen eggs, raw, in a 16 inch frying pan.
