PINEAPPLE TARTS 
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine above ingredients and add: 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts

Place in muffin tins lined with paper baking cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple

Cook in boiler until thick. Pour over top of cupcakes and top each with a cherry.
