MINI MEAT LOAFS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
2 c. milk
1 1/2 cups oatmeal or bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. water (optional)
1/2 cup ketchup

Combine ingredients (except for ketchup) and transfer to greased mini loaf muffin pans or aluminum foil mini pans.

Brush with ketchup. Sprinkle top with onion and garlic powder, if desired.

Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Brush again with ketchup and bake, uncovered, for 15 more minutes.
