CHICKEN - RICE PILAF 
1 cut up chicken
2 c. raw rice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 sm. can mushrooms
9 x 13 inch or larger baking pan or sm. roaster

Pour raw rice over bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle celery, onion and green pepper over top of rice. Sprinkle drained mushroom pieces over this. Mix mushroom soup with 3 cans of hot water; pour over rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Then place chicken on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
