3 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp cold water
3 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c lard
1 1/2 - 2 c mincemeat
1 tsp baking soda

Mix eggs, sugar, water, salt mincemeat, and lard together. Add flour and soda to mixture and stir well.

Drop by tsp on greased pan.

Mixture should be quite stiff. If too thin add a small amount of flour.
