DISAPPEARING MARSHMALLOW
BROWNIES
 
1/2 c. (half 6 oz. pkg.) butterscotch pieces
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Set oven at 350 degrees. Melt, then cool to lukewarm the butter and butterscotch pieces. Mix and add to butterscotch mixture flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg. Mix and fold into above mixture marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Use a 9" square baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 12 to 18 bars.
