FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3 lb. cut up chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans water

Spread rice on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, then sprinkle onion soup mix and mushrooms. Place chicken pieces over rice mix. Mix soups and water and pour over chicken. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
