COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins

Mix all ingredients, pour into pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Chill to serve.
