SUGAR AND SPICE NUTS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel (if desired)
1 tbsp. water
2 c. walnuts, pecans, or almonds

Cook full power butter in 1 quart casserole 1/2 to 1 minute or until melted. Add remaining ingredients and stir until nuts are coated evenly. Cook, uncovered, full power 4-5 minutes or until nuts are toasted and glazed. Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking. Spoon nuts in single layer onto waxed paper. About 2 1/2 cups.
