BEST EVER SALAD 
2 c. torn head lettuce
2 c. curly endive
2 c. Romaine
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 med. onion (red)
1 c. baby Swiss cheese
6 slices bacon
3 tsp. sugar (level)
1 can sm. (LeSeur) peas
Fresh ground pepper

Put 1/3 greens in large bowl. Dot with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon sugar, freshly ground pepper and 1/3 each onions, peas and cheese. Repeat layers and season each as above. DO NOT TOSS! Cover and chill overnight. At serving time toss and top with bacon. Serves 8 to 10.
