MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
3/4 c. oil

Mix all together for 4 minutes. Bake in two 8 inch oblong cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes. Cook in 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix all together, frost cool layers. Cool 15 minutes in pan.
