PEACH COBBLER | |
1 can Elberta peaches 1 stick butter Melt butter in dish (the one you are using for cobbler). Mix in another bowl: 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk Place peaches on top of butter, then mixture on top of peaches. Place in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. You can put a piece of tin foil on top of dish for 45 minutes and then take off and brown 15 minutes. When using tin foil on top of dish, make sure you have something on bottom of dish to catch the juice that will run over. |
