BEEF STROGANAUGH 
2 cans beef consomme
1 lg. onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. pkg. sour cream
1 pkg. wide egg noodles

Dice onion and add to consomme in medium sauce pan. Let simmer until onion turns soft. Fry ground beef until brown. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles and add the consomme mixture, soup, beef and sour cream. Stir well and serve.
