MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can tomato juice
1-2 tbsp. milk
1-2 tsp. dried onions
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. quick rolled oats

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly mixed together. Turn into a round microwave type angel food cake pan. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on HIGH 5 minutes; baste out grease and cook another 5 minutes on HIGH. Again baste out grease. Cook 4 or 5 minutes on HIGH and baste out grease.

Remove pan from microwave and cover with aluminum foil and let sit for 5 minutes before serving to let the temperature even out. It's delicious and moist.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
