HAM/NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. med. size noodles
4 c. ham, cut into sm. chunks
2 1/2 c. milk
2 heaping tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper

Cook noodles in salted water until tender. Drain well. Melt butter, saute onion and green pepper until it begins to get transparent. Add flour and mix, add milk and stir until thickened. Add most of the shredded cheese, saving some for top. Mix until cheese is melted.

Mix noodles, ham and cheese sauce. Bake in buttered 9x12 inch pan about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
