HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. med. noodles
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped ham
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Combine noodles, soup, onion, mustard, sour cream and ham. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with almonds. Bake in 325 degree gas oven 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
