PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Drain pineapples, reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour, stir in reserved juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well. Spoon mixture into a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown.
