MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Beat butter for 30 seconds; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and 2 teaspoons of water, beat well. Stir in flour, pecans and chips. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325 degree oven about 15 to 20 minutes. Before completely cool, roll cookies in powdered sugar, covering completely.
