3 1/3 c. Mission Cake Mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. milk
2 whole eggs

Stir spices into the mix; add the bananas and beat 2 minutes. Add milk and eggs; beat 2 minutes. Bake in two 8 inch round or pans for a layer cake or one 8 x 12 inch pan. Grease and flour the pans, using the handy pan coating mix.
