LIME CHOCOLATE DELICIOUS 
1 lg. evaporated milk
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. lime juice (about 3 limes)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
Green food coloring (optional)

Chill can of milk in freezing compartment until icy cold. Dissolve Jello in hot water, chill until partially set, whip, then whip until fluffy. Stir in lime juice, lemon juice and sugar.

Whip milk, fold in Jello, add green food coloring, if desired. Mix cracker crumbs and butter, press into bottom of 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch pan. Pour in Jello mixture.

Top with shaved semisweet chocolate. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and top with chopped pecans.
