ITALIAN TURKEY PIE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano leaves, dried and crushed (fresh is best)
4 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Miscellaneous vegetables: mushrooms, green peppers, onions, sliced olives, tomatoes, or whatever you prefer

Combine ground turkey, milk, seasonings and bread crumbs. Press mixture onto sides and bottom of 10-inch pie pan, forming a crust. Spread tomato paste and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and some vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Take out of oven and let sit for a minute, then cover with Mozzarella and remaining vegetables. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer. Slice and serve warm. A unique, delicious and easy dish!
