BAKED BEEF PIE 
2 lb. chopped beef, cooked
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced potatoes
2 c. beef gravy

Cook vegetables in some beef stock until tender. Drain and combine with meat and seasoning. Put in baking pan and cover with beef gravy. Top with pastry or baking powder biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees until topping is lightly browned.
