PUMPKIN CAKE 
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 lb. can pumpkin
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bake 350 degrees, 50-60 minutes.

PHILLY FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 env. Dream Whip
