QUICK CRESCENT TACO PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 2 c. crushed nacho chips 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. water 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls 1/3 c. black olives, sliced (optional) Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in seasoning mix, olives and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Separate crescent rolls, pat into lightly greased pie pan, forming crust. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed nacho chips on crust. Next, spoon meat mixture on top of chips. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle remaining nacho chips on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
