QUICK TACO PIE 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 - 2 c. crushed corn chips
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water; simmer 5 minutes.

Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles and place in ungreased 9" pie pan. Press dough to form a crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of corn chips over bottom of crust. Spoon meat mixture over corn chips. Spread sour cream over meat mixture and then cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining corn chips on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden brown. Serve with lettuce and tomato if desired.
