QUICK CRESCENT ROLL TACO PIE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can crescent rolls
1/4 c. minced onions
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. crushed taco chips
2 tbsp. chunky salsa

Brown meat. Add seasonings, tomato sauce, chunky salsa and heat until bubbly. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until thickens. Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Separate rolls and arrange in pie plates as for a crust. Press over bottom and up sides. Spread 1 cup crushed chips over crust. Add meat mixture; spread sour cream and cheese over top. Add 1/2 cup remaining chips. Bake at 375 degrees or until crust is golden. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. if desired.
