QUICK CRESCENT TACO PIE 
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/3 c. sliced stuffed green olives
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 1/2 - 2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. sour cream
6 slices American cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.

Add taco mix, olives, 1/2 cup water; mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Separate crescent dough into triangles. Press triangles over bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate, sealing seams.

Layer 1 cup corn chips, ground beef mixture, sour cream, cheese and remaining corn chips over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yields: 8 servings.
