ZUCCHINI MARMALADE 
6 c. ground zucchini, peeled and drained
6 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello
1/2 c. lemon juice

Boil zucchini until clear, about 6 minutes. Add sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple. Boil 6 more minutes. Remove from heat and add Jello. Put in jars and seal.
