OIL PASTRY 
FOR ONE-CRUST:

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. cold water

FOR TWO-CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cold water

Mix flour, salt, oil with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle with water, mix. Gather dough together so it cleans bowl. Roll between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. (Wipe table with damp cloth to keep plastic wrap from slipping.) Use in your favorite pie recipe.
