COWBOY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs

Blend flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda, spices and butter; set aside 1 cup of the mixture for crumb topping. Add buttermilk and eggs and blend until smooth. (Do this by hand.) Pour into greased 9 1/2" x 13" x 2" pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.
