STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
Select 20 medium Pennsylvania mushrooms (bite size). Remove stem and boil mushroom caps for 2-3 minutes. Allow to dry. Set aside. Pan fry 1 pound bulk sausage. Drain all grease. Add 2 tablespoons coarsely ground pepper and 1/2 pint sour cream. Cook mixture 1-2 minutes. Place dry mushroom caps on buttered pan. Spoon sausage mixture into cavity of mushroom. Optional: Top with your favorite cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
