PEROGY LASAGNA (MEATLESS) | |
Cook 10 lasagna noodles and cool. Grease 9"x13" pan and line bottom with 4 cooked noodles. 1. In a medium bowl, mix: 2 c. cottage cheese 1 egg 1/4 tsp. onion salt Spoon this mixture over the 4 noodles. 2. Cover that mixture with 3 noodles. Mix together: 2 c. whipped potatoes 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. each of salt & pepper Spread this mixture over noodles. 3. Cover that mixture with the last 3 noodles. Saute 1 cup chopped onion in 1 pound of butter. Pour this over the noodles. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to firm up before cutting. Makes 12 (3") square servings. Serve with sour cream on top. |
