MARINATED CARROT SALAD 
2 1/2 lbs. of sliced carrots
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Steam sliced carrots until tender and let cool. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over carrots. Marinate at least 24 hours. Will keep in refrigerator up to one month.
