MARINATED CARROT SALAD 
2 lb. carrots, sliced and blanched
1 green pepper, diced
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar

Mix, bring to boil. Cool carrots and mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight in covered bowl.
